A week ago today we were up in Reno for a Mother's Day market. The morning started out beautifully, but then the winds picked up and the rain came down. As a result, we had some extra fruit (peaches, apricots and cherries), so what did we do with it? We "put it up" and made cherry pie filling, cherry/apricot/pineapple jam, apricot/pineapple jam and cherry jam. We also dried and froze some cherries, apricots and peaches. Delicious!
